You cannot steer a team if you still maintain the mindset of an independent contributor. To help future managers break through their mindset, on August 20–21, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Aimnext Vietnam successfully organized the course "BASIC MANAGEMENT SKILLS".
The course provided definitive solutions to the challenge of transforming management capacity, attracting a large number of middle managers, team leaders, and potential talents from various enterprises. This was truly a vibrant learning forum that helped participants build a solid foundation to transition from a "Best Performer" into an "Effective Manager."

- Efficient Management via MBO and the PDCA Cycle: Equipping participants with precise objective-setting methods, flexibly applying the Plan - Do - Check - Act cycle to operational practices, and learning how to evaluate work results to stay aligned with strategy.
- Working with and Developing Subordinates: Mastering indispensable practical skills such as effective task delegation and empowerment, optimizing information flow through reporting systems (Hou-ren-sou), on-the-job training (OJT), as well as the art of giving praise and constructive feedback to staff.

Through case study exercises closely mirroring real business situations, participants not only absorbed foundational knowledge but also directly transformed theory into concrete action plans for their departments right after the course.
