EFFECTIVE KPI DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION on 26-27/03/2026 in HN

The journey of building and implementing effective KPIs officially kicked off over two days, March 26-27, 2026, in Hanoi, creating a specialized learning space for managers and HR professionals to develop goal-setting capabilities and sustainable performance management within their organizations. The program brought together 16 participants from 6 different companies, enabling them to learn structured KPI development methods and apply them directly to their business operations.
The course was specifically designed for HR, L&D, HRBP professionals, middle managers, and department heads – those directly involved in building, implementing, and managing KPI systems within organizations. The program went beyond theory, focusing on addressing common challenges faced by businesses such as misaligned KPIs with strategy, lack of a consistent operating framework, and non-transparent evaluation systems.

They were also introduced to advanced management frameworks such as the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), the Cascading KPI model, and performance coaching using the GROW model. Notably, the trainer delivered numerous real-life case studies alongside practical exercises, enabling participants to directly build KPI systems tailored to their own organizations during the training sessions.
