As increasing demands for performance and smooth business operations, every goal requires a method to turn ideas into results. Recognizing this, Aimnext organized the “How to Implement PDCA” training program, where the mindset of continuous improvement is ignited and put into practice directly in the classroom. The program officially took place over two days, April 9–10, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City.
PDCA is not merely a management tool, but also an operational philosophy that enables organizations to maintain proactiveness and adaptability in the face of change. Throughout the course, participants are guided from fundamentals to application, gaining a deep understanding of each stage of Plan – Do – Check – Action, practicing Gantt chart creation, and mastering root cause analysis techniques such as the 5 Whys and the Fishbone Diagram. In addition, work management methods like TO DO lists, prioritization based on importance and urgency, and the CAPDo cycle provide a flexible approach that supports continuous and sustainable improvement.
What sets this program apart is its “learning by doing” philosophy. Every theoretical concept is delivered through practical case exercises, where participants directly build plans for their own work right in the classroom. This approach helps PDCA become a familiar tool that participants can immediately apply to their daily work after the course. Moreover, the program also serves as a platform for connection, enabling participants to share perspectives and learn from one another through real situations discussed in class.
All of these elements combined to create a well rounded learning journey, leaving a lasting impression and a clear transformation in how participants approach their work after the course.
