In the art of communication, a valuable message can only make a real impact when it is delivered effectively. Public speaking is not simply about speaking in front of an audience; it also requires the ability to organize ideas logically, communicate persuasively, and connect effectively with listeners.
To help participants enhance their presentation skills and develop a confident, professional presence, AIMNEXT Vietnam conducted the training course “Presentation Skills Development” in Hanoi on October 12–13, 2026, with participants from various companies.
Rather than focusing solely on theoretical knowledge, the Presentation Skills Development course at AIMNEXT Vietnam emphasized a combination of instruction and hands-on practice, enabling participants to progressively refine their presentation skills through practical and relevant learning activities:
Developing well-structured presentation content: Guiding participants in defining presentation objectives, selecting relevant information, and organizing ideas coherently to ensure that messages are clear, easy to understand, and persuasive.
Enhancing verbal communication and voice control: Practicing the use of intonation, speaking pace, emphasis, and appropriate word choice to capture attention and maintain audience engagement.
Making effective use of body language: Practicing appropriate eye contact, gestures, posture, and facial expressions to build confidence, create a positive impression, and enhance message delivery.
Strengthening audience engagement and persuasion: Equipping participants with techniques to connect with listeners, handle questions, and respond flexibly to unexpected situations during presentations.
With a training approach centered on interaction and practical application, the course encouraged participants to actively exchange ideas, share experiences, and apply their knowledge to real-life situations. As a result, participants not only improved their public speaking abilities but also took steps toward developing a professional presence, communicating ideas more effectively, and building greater confidence in workplace communication.
Effective presentations are not simply about speaking well. They are about delivering messages clearly, engaging audiences, and creating practical value. This is one of the key objectives that AIMNEXT Vietnam strives to achieve through its training programs, supporting participants in developing their personal capabilities and improving their work performance.
Following the course, AIMNEXT conducted a feedback survey and received very positive responses from participants.

A total of 22 out of 25 participants completed the end-of-course feedback survey.
The results were as follows:
- About the quality of the content: 100% useful (50% of which was rated "Very useful" feedback)
- About the trainer: 100% positive comments (50% of which was rated "Very positive" feedback).
- About Aimnext's preparation and support: 100% positive comments (45% of which was rated "Very positive" feedback).
