I. About the client - Vietnam Japan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (JVF)

Vietnam Japan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (JVF) is a Japanese enterprise established in 1995 by two major Japanese corporations, Sojitz and Central Glass. JVF is proud to be one of the leading modern fertilizer production plants in the Vietnamese market. With modern technology from Japan, JVF not only provides high-quality, stable, and safe fertilizer products but also ensures they do not harm the environment or human health. From September 16-17, AIMNEXT had the honor of collaborating with Vietnam Japan Fertilizer Company to deliver an “Business Skill Basics” training program for their employees.

The course was jointly organized by the JVF Management Board and AIMNEXT to help employees clearly understand the differences between the Japanese and Vietnamese work cultures, thereby accurately grasping the expectations of their Japanese superiors and contributing to improved communication and teamwork effectiveness.

As a Japanese enterprise, the company consistently expects Vietnamese staff—especially the management level—to better comply with workplace principles and regulations, thus setting a bright example for other members in the organization. These expectations include: strict adherence to deadlines and company rules, respect for procedures, and a high sense of individual responsibility in daily work.

JVF hopes the training course will enable its team to:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of professional work ethics (or work style).
  • Enhance awareness of compliance with regulations: punctuality, respect for company rules, and adherence to security policies.
  • Improve communication and teamwork skills, maintaining regular information sharing.
  • Develop a customer-centric mindset, with a strong commitment to product and service quality.

The goal is not just to “understand” ,but also to “implement” and “take action”

The program is design around 3 key content areas:

  • First, let’s work as a professional!
  • Understand the thinking and expectation of Japanese superiors!
  • Understand the management style of Japanese enterprises and make full use of chance to get promoted!

Going beyond just imparting theoretical knowledge, the course also integrated numerous real-world scenarios and group discussion activities, helping participants transform their awareness into tangible actions in their daily work.
