Time is the fairest resource of all—everyone gets 24 hours a day. Yet, how to make the most of the "golden 8 hours" at work without falling into overload, stress, or missed deadlines remains a constant challenge for many employees and managers.
Understanding these concerns, on September 10-11, 2026, AIMNEXT Vietnam successfully organized the specialized course "Time Management for Enhanced Work Performance," with the enthusiastic participation of numerous learners from various enterprises.
Going beyond mere theory, the course at AIMNEXT focused on delivering highly applicable methods that participants could implement right away the next day:
- Applying the 5A Model (Aware - Analysis - Attack - Assign - Arrangement): Helping learners systematically recognize, analyze, tackle core tasks, allocate resources, and arrange schedules scientifically.
- Precise Goal Setting: Practicing the 3P principles (Positive, Personal, Possible) and mastering goal-setting skills aligned with SMART standards.
- Overcoming Procrastination Tactics: Building effective to-do lists and exploring advanced solutions from models like The 5 Choices to achieve breakthrough performance.
Combining interactive training methods, the course created an open environment where learners felt confident to share, discuss, and solve real-world workplace case studies. This combination helps participants not only learn how to "do more" but also "work smarter."
