[CORPORATE TRAINING] AIMNEXT COLLABORATES WITH JVF TO ORGANIZE THE “ENHANCING COMPLIANCE AWARENESS” COURSE FOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
On July 8, 2025, AIMNEXT had the honor of partnering with Japan Vietnam Fertilizer Company (JVF) to organize the training course “Enhancing Compliance Awareness” for their management team.
The program was developed based on JVF’s actual needs, with the goal of raising participants’ awareness about the importance of compliance in a corporate environment. From there, they would be able to train their subordinates on compliance practices. JVF expects this course to be the first step toward building a unified mindset on compliance across the entire company—empowering every individual, from management to staff, to take greater ownership in adhering to internal rules and regulations, identifying risks, responding appropriately, and contributing to a professional and ethical workplace.
To achieve that objective, AIMNEXT designed the course around key topics such as:
- What is compliance?
- The importance of compliance in business and society.
- Adhering to internal regulations and responding to observed violations.
Beyond providing theoretical knowledge, the course also integrated discussions, case analysis, and hands-on practice to help participants transform awareness into concrete actions in their daily work.
Post-training survey results revealed that:
- 100% of participants rated the course as useful, with 57% marking it as "Very useful"
- 100% were satisfied with the trainer, with 57% giving a “Very good” rating
These impressive figures not only reflect the program’s quality but also underscore JVF’s commitment to promoting a culture of compliance in a meaningful and sustainable way.
Many participants shared that the course offered practical value, with standout feedback including:
- “Helped me understand more deeply and how to guide my team.”
- “Understand how to protect myself, employees, departments, and the organization.”
- “Clearly grasp the meaning of compliance and visualize the consequences of non-compliance.”
- “Recognize the importance of compliance with company and societal regulations.”
In addition to the practical content, the trainer was highly appreciated for their approachable teaching style, thorough preparation, and ability to foster an open, interactive environment that enhanced learning and real-world application.

The course concluded not only with satisfaction, but also with the hope that JVF’s management team will progressively overcome internal limitations—especially in building a strong and enduring compliance culture. Because compliance isn’t simply about doing things right—it is the foundation for building trust, protecting values, and ensuring long-term organizational development.
