On August 6th-7th, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, AIMNEXT Vietnam successfully organized a "Problem Solving Skills" training course with the active participation of numerous trainees from various businesses and organizations across different sectors. The course provided a vibrant learning environment, helping trainees to overcome work-related obstacles and develop a scientific approach to problem-solving.
Problems at work aren't necessarily bad, but illogical and incomplete problem-solving is what leads to more serious consequences. Many employees and managers often attribute problems solely to "hunchback" or "experience," or spend too much time arguing without finding optimal solutions, causing the same mistakes to recur.
Understanding this reality, throughout the 2-day training program, AIMNEXT guided participants through a systematic problem-solving process implemented according to an 8-step problem-solving procedure: identifying the problem, understanding the current situation, setting goals, analyzing root causes through analytical tools such as the 5WHY framework, fishbone diagrams, and Why Tree – MECE, developing countermeasures, implementation, verifying results, and standardization. The teaching method combined theory and practice, through case studies and group discussions, to ensure participants could directly apply their knowledge to real-world work. The most outstanding aspect of the course was its high level of practical application. Participants not only listened but also directly addressed pressing issues within their departments through group discussions, brainstorming games, and role-playing exercises. Concrete action plans were finalized right in the classroom, enabling participants to confidently apply them immediately to their work after the program concluded.
At the end of the course, participants received positive feedback regarding the practicality of the training content and the instructors' teaching abilities. Many participants commented that the course content was closely related to their work, helping them more accurately identify the root causes of existing problems and providing them with specific tools to address them.
