I. About the client – The brands priotize quality and efficiency
In the process of its development in the Vietnamese market, Nipponham Vietnam Food Corporation has always focused on building a strong management team that is capable of effective collaboration and proactive work. They consider the training and development of the next generation of managers an important part of their long-term growth strategy.

Nipponham Vietnam is known for its products such as sausages, cold cuts, and ready-to-eat foods that meet high standards of safety and quality. These products are available at many major supermarket chains and convenience stores.
II. Strategic Thinking from a Practical Foundation
In an increasingly competitive and volatile market, the role of managers goes beyond efficient operations. They are also expected to be pioneers who create value, foster internal engagement, and build a strong pipeline of successors.
With the desire to develop a generation of managers:
- Proactively embracing challenges
- Have a sharp problem-solving mindset
- Know how to coach and inspire team members
The company decided to implement a comprehensive training program that was designed to be highly practical, systematic, and aligned with the organization's long-term human resource development strategy.
III. Training Roadmap – Three Stages of Management Capability Development

The training program was implemented as a three-course roadmap, combined with one-day follow-up sessions after each course to reinforce and support participants in applying what they learned in their daily work:
Course 1: Basic Management Skills
To help participants clearly understand the roles and responsibilities of a manager and equip them with essential management skills to enhance work effectiveness.

Course 2: Problem Solving
This course is designed to enhance participants' awareness of workplace issues and foster a mindset of continuous improvement. Participants will master the processes, methodologies, and tools needed for each step of problem-solving.
The program also equips participants with logical analysis skills to identify root causes. This enables them to devise effective and sustainable solutions, thereby preventing future recurrence.

Course 3: Leadership Skill Management
The course will provide participants with the chance to clearly define their roles and responsibilities and develop a leadership style that is right for them.
Additionally, the program equips participants with core skills to enhance people management capabilities, such as: delegation skills, methods for motivating and retaining talent, persuasive communication skills.
In addition, participants also develop staff training skills as well as the ability to effectively manage and build teams.

Follow-up – Reinforcing and Sustaining Learning Outcomes
After each course, participants attend an in-depth follow-up session to share their implemented action plans, the challenges they faced, and real-world lessons learned. This is a crucial feature that helps the program go beyond just "understanding" and transform into practical "action," delivering tangible results in daily work.
Final Report – Recognizing Growth and Continuing Improvement
Upon completing the entire program, participants will attend a final reporting session to share what they have applied, the results they have achieved, and their future goals. Their supervisors will provide direct feedback, recognizing each individual's efforts and growth through specific projects.
This is also an opportunity for the company to substantively reflect on its team development process—not just from learning outcomes, but also from positive changes in managers' mindsets and actions.
