5S Consulting Program

Target: Companies which have not been conducting 5S activities and not yet have any criteria for conducting and evaluating 5S activities at workplace.

Expected result:
- Staff will have awareness of 5S activities and obtain throughout knowledge about various tools used for 5S activities.
- Companies are guided step-by-step how to conduct 5S at workplace.
- Companies are guided to build up criteria for conducting and evaluating 5S activities and a system to maintain 5S at workplace through PDCA circle.

Period: 13 days

5S Coaching program

Target: Companies which are currently conducting 5S activities, already assigning person in charge of 5S and having certain criteria for conducting and evaluating 5S at workplace. But wish to further improve the quality and effectiveness of 5S activities by increasing knowledge, skill and motivation of factory staffs in conducting effective 5S.

Expected result:

- Staff will understand the meaning of 5S activities and have deeper knowledge about various tools used for 5S activities.

- Staff will understand how to effectively conduct 5S activities at workplace through PDCA circle.

- Companies will be able to make kaizen in 5S activities and build a more productive and comfortable workplace.
