COACHING PROGRAM FOR STAFF TRAINING SKILLS
The 3 follow-up days shall ensure that participants are capable in using their new skills and confidently applying such skills to solve actual issues at their workplace.
Duration: 4 months (5 days for training and coaching)
Objectives:
- Deepen necessary knowledge for staff training and be able to conduct the staff training process systematically
- Have opportunity to utilize the knowledge related instruction and coaching learned in the training
Step 1: Training on Job-Instruction and Coaching (2 days)
