    The 7 follow-up days shall ensure that participants are capable in using their new skills and confidently applying such skills to solve actual issues at their workplace. 

    Duration: 8 months (10 days for training and consulting)

    Objectives:

    • To learn the basics of QC circles and be able to apply them in practice at the actual workplace
      Step 1: Training on QCC (3 days)

      • Each group reports their implementation for last month
